The Lazy Fox Retreat is designed for intimate, elevated experiences and thoughtfully curated celebrations. Gather with us for your crafty weekends and girlfriend getaways as well as showers, bachelorettes, graduations, and any other micro gatherings you can conjour up. All crafters are always welcome.

Private retreats require a minimum of 6 guests, with space to

accommodate up to 12 overnight guests.

Our signature private retreat experience is a

Wednesday–Sunday stay, with the option to arrive early on

Tuesday for an additional $35 per guest.

 Stays can be customized from 1 to 7 days, based on availability.

Pricing Your Retreat

Private retreats are priced based on group size and length of stay.

• Private retreats (Wednesday–Sunday) are typically $225 per guest for a group of 12

• A 6-guest minimum applies to all private bookings

• Smaller groups will be quoted at a minimum retreat rate 

The more guests in your group, the lower the per-person rate.

Pricing for 6 is $325 per guest

Pricing for 7-9 is $265 per guest

Pricing for 10-12 is $225 per guest

Add on days are $35 per guest per day

Reserving Your Retreat

To secure your dates, a $50 per guest non-refundable deposit and a $150 Retreat Prep & Cleaning Fee are required at the time of booking. The Retreat Prep & Cleaning Fee covers pre-arrival preparation, supplies, and post-stay cleaning and is non-refundable once booking is confirmed. Deposits are collected during registration and applied toward each guest’s total balance. Guests may register and pay individually, or a group organizer may coordinate payments per the agreement made with The Lazy Fox Retreat. Flexible payment plans are available for both options.

Reservations are not guaranteed until required payments are received. All remaining balances must be paid in full 60 days prior to your retreat or event start date. Any unpaid balances after this date may be subject to cancellation or additional fees.

Once your dates are selected, we will:

• Confirm availability

• Confirm number of guests

• Confirm payment details for the retreat (individual registration or group organizer invoice)

• Send sharable link to the organizer

Reservations are not guaranteed until required payments are received.

*For safety, liability, and insurance purposes, all individuals on the property must be registered and associated with the reservation. Unauthorized or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted on the premises at any time. The Lazy Fox Retreat reserves the right to require immediate removal of unregistered guests or, if necessary, terminate the reservation without refund.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits and fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans.

If you are unable to attend, a credit may be issued at the discretion of The Lazy Fox Retreat and must be used within 12 months of issue. Credits and/or funds paid towards your registration are non-transferable under any circumstances.

Important Terms

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. All payments secure your reservation and compensate for holding your dates, preventing them from being booked by others.

You authorize The Lazy Fox Retreat to charge the payment method provided for all agreed-upon charges.
